Plática is a Spanish word meaning conversation — but in the context of this work, it means the kind of conversation that doesn't happen at dinner parties or in therapy offices — the conversation where you are seen all the way down, without flinching, without fixing, without rushing.

A Plática session with Adi Marie is a two-hour sacred conversation: part spiritual direction, part integration support, part strategic counsel. For those who are navigating something difficult and want perspective from someone who has walked many edges and can see what others miss.

These sessions are also the integration arm of the Developmental Arc — the Guidance & Counsel sessions that run alongside Sacred Breath sessions in the Mythopoetic Living program. But they are available on their own for those who need a single session of honest, skillful witnessing.

There is a kind of conversation that changes you — not because of the advice given, but because of the quality of attention brought to your truth. That is what a Plática is.
