For those leading teams, communities, organizations, or movements — animist ethics, somatic capacity, and ceremonial practice brought into the seat of leadership.

Leadership is a kind of ceremony. The way a person holds a room, makes a call, listens to dissent, names what's true — this is liturgy whether or not it's named as such. The question is whether it's tended.

Leadership from the Soul is a circle for those carrying responsibility for others. Founders, executive directors, community elders, organizers, healers building practices — anyone whose decisions shape conditions for many. We meet to develop the inner capacity that leadership asks of the body and spirit, not just the mind.
