Before the Work

Preparatory & Intake

How to ready yourself for ceremony, what the Intake & Inquiry conversation includes, and what readiness looks like before stepping into journey work.

Before any threshold is crossed, there is a season of readying. The intake is not paperwork — it is a first liturgy. A conversation that begins to attune body, intention, and field to the work ahead.

Preparation tends what arrives. The body, the lineage, the dreams, the calendar, the diet, the company you keep, the silences you make. Everything that helps the medicine land cleanly when its hour comes.
